POSTPARTUM SERVICES
As your postpartum doula, I will come to your home to provide support and care as you settle in with your new little one.
I will help with breastfeeding challenges, newborn care, soothing techniques, and self-care.
Whether you want to discuss your birth experience, get advice on bathing a newborn, or grab a quick shower, I can provide whatever support you may need in the postpartum period.
I will be available to you by email, phone, or text, to answer any of those middle-of-the-night questions that will undoubtedly arise, and will offer local resources and referrals as needed.
